If you decide to stop early, we simply adjust the rate to match the tier of the actual time you stayed — so you've paid the standard rate for that shorter period. You have 3 working days to review each piece — and we'll always follow up before then. If we genuinely don't hear back, the content runs on the planned schedule so your calendar stays consistent. In practice, almost no one needs the full 3 days. Anda punya 3 hari kerja untuk review setiap konten — dan kami selalu follow-up sebelum itu. Each piece comes with 2 revision rounds — and if a revision is needed because we made the mistake (typo, wrong color, off-brief), it doesn't count toward your quota. Those we fix free. From the 3rd revision onward, Rp 50.000,00 each. The system keeps both sides honest: we aim to get it right early, you give clear direction. Surabaya is included. For locations outside East Java or in Bali, transportation, accommodation, and on-location costs are quoted separately. We can also work with local production partners to keep costs reasonable. Surabaya sudah termasuk. Untuk lokasi di luar Jawa Timur atau di Bali, biaya transportasi, akomodasi, dan produksi di lokasi dihitung terpisah. Yes — but only if you want it, and only charged when we actually run ads for you. If you ask us to set up and run your Meta/Instagram campaigns, ad management is 10% of your ad budget, invoiced only for the months we run ads. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta, not to us. No ads, no fee. Bisa — tapi hanya kalau Anda mau, dan ditagih hanya saat kami benar-benar menjalankan iklan untuk Anda. Kalau Anda minta kami menyiapkan dan menjalankan kampanye Meta/Instagram, manajemen iklan dikenakan 10% dari budget iklan, ditagih hanya untuk bulan saat kami menjalankan iklan. Budget iklannya langsung ke Meta, bukan ke kami. Tidak ada iklan yang dijalankan, tidak ada biaya.
